Program Quality7I am only in the beginning of my classes, but I love them thus far. The special ed program is outstanding at the University of Utah.
Instruction7My in class teacher is excellent and is one of my favorite teachers of all time. My online professors are exceptional, very easy to communicate with, and material is very clear.
How Difficult5The work load for special ed is not over the top, but there is a lot of paperwork. The academic work involves a lot of reading/writing, so the difficulty level is average.
Hands-On vs. BookishOnline classes are clearly very book learning based. Hands-on and book learning at the University of Utah campus is about 50/50.
Schedule Flexibility7There are multiple classes provided, so adjusting to different schedules is not difficult. The University of Utah offers many online classes, which make it easy for a flexible schedule.
Academic Facilities9The Marriot Library at the U is one of the greatest resources in the state of Utah. Resources are very easily accessible and the facilities at the University are especially accommodating to all.
Social Life8The University has many activities that provide social experiences. Sororities are a great way to jump into a social network at the University.
Placement Services6I have yet to seek assistance in job placement and career services, but I know those resources are available if necessary. The University of Utah provides many resources for job placement and career services assistance.
Alumni Network8I haven't dealt with the alumni network very much, but I hear it's wonderful. I know the alumni for the sports programs are great, and very active in the University still.
