BrainTrack Announces Business Schools Scholarship Winners for Fall 2011
Winners From University of Washington and Ball State University Write to Future Students
MARLBOROUGH, MA, January 23, 2012 - BrainTrack, a widely referenced university and college website, today announced the Fall 2011 winners of its BrainTrack Business Schools Scholarship, a biannual scholarship for business degree students that is designed to help future students through the experiences of current students. The winners are Nicole Schreiber of University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, who received the $1,000 first-place award, and Jessica Cossairt of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, who received the $500 second-place award.
BrainTrack designs its scholarship essays to help others considering similar schools and careers by tapping into the the experiences and insights of entrants. The winning essays along with other selections are published on the site. Judging of winners is based on the creativity, thoughtfulness and practicality of essays.
In Nicole Schreiber's winning essay she points out that school is a very small part of a business student's education. She offers as example her joining clubs, including Model United Nations, unrelated to her finance concentration, which led to her broadening her circle of friends and gave her experiences that were applicable to her classes. Nicole is styding for a Bachelor in Business Administration at UW.
Runner-up Jessica Cossairt speaks to how quickly time and opportunities, such as internships and various school programs, can get away from students. She points out the preparation and organization needed to take full advantage of the many possibilities that may be available. Jessica is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Ball State.

About BrainTrack's Business Schools Scholarships for 2012
The entry deadline for BrainTrack's Spring 2012 Business Schools Scholarship is March 1, 2012. Entrants respond to essay questions that will help others evaluate business as a potential career path. A selection of essays that prove most helpful to future students are published by BrainTrack.
The scholarship is available to students who are currently attending school and have at least one semester or quarter of credits towards graduation with an appropriate degree in business. Students can be attending school full-time, part-time, on-campus, or online and must be enrolled at an accredited US college or university. There is no entry fee and all entrant names and contact information will stay private for use only by the scholarship, with the exception that the winners names and schools will be published.
